I am an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance directly. Upon request, I can provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. I recommend contacting your insurance provider to learn more about your out-of-network mental health benefits.
I work with children, adolescents, young adults, adults, and parents. My practice focuses on supporting families across every stage—from fertility and pregnancy through parenthood and childhood, all the way into adolescence and young adulthood.
Our first session will be 80 minutes long for me to gather the necessary information to develop a treatment plan. Most therapy sessions are 50 minutes long. The frequency of sessions depends on your goals and needs, but many clients begin with weekly appointments and adjust over time as progress is made.
The first step is simply reaching out through the contact form. After learning a little more about what you're looking for, we'll determine whether I'm the right fit for your needs and discuss the next steps for scheduling.
Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and see if we're a good fit. I'll ask questions about what brings you in, your goals for therapy, and your history, while giving you plenty of space to ask questions of your own. Together, we'll begin developing a plan that's tailored to your unique needs.
You don't have to be in crisis to benefit from therapy. Many people reach out because they feel stuck, overwhelmed, or simply want additional support during a challenging season of life. If you're unsure whether therapy is the right next step, I'm happy to help you think through your options.
