Clinical Supervision

Clinical supervision for graduate students and postdoctoral fellows who want to strengthen their clinical skills, build confidence, and develop an approach to therapy that feels both evidence-based and authentically their own.

Becoming a good therapist takes more than learning the right techniques.

Graduate training teaches us a tremendous amount about diagnosis, theory, and treatment. But becoming a confident clinician also means learning how to sit with uncertainty, make thoughtful clinical decisions, navigate difficult ethical dilemmas, and figure out who you are as a therapist.

My approach to supervision is collaborative, supportive, and practical. We'll use research and evidence-based practice as our foundation while making room for curiosity, questions, mistakes, and growth.

You don't need to have all the answers.
You need a place where it's safe to ask the questions.

WHAT WE CAN WORK ON

Case Conceptualization

Evidence-Based Treatment

Clinical Confidence

Challenging Clinical Moments

Professional Development

Ethics & Clinical Judgment

Move beyond 'What's the diagnosis?' toward understanding what is maintaining the problem and where to intervene.

Learn how to use evidence-based treatments (EBTs) with fidelity while adapting them thoughtfully to the actual person sitting in front of you.

Strengthen your ability to make clinical decisions without constantly wondering whether you're doing therapy "right."

Work through stuck cases, avoidance, resistance, parent dynamics, risk concerns, boundaries, and more.

Explore your developing clinical identity, areas of specialization, career decisions, private practice, and the transition from trainee to independent psychologist.

Build confidence navigating the gray areas of clinical work while keeping ethical documentation, boundaries, and client welfare at the center of your practice.
